 Old Style Sausage 

BaconComing from strong Polish roots, Old Style Sausage began doing business in 1972 with a small retail shop in Louisville, CO. Although the retail shop is no longer there, Mike Deborsky, owner & operator of Old Style Sausage and a 2nd generation sausage maker, proudly continues the tradition of making great ‘Old Style’ sausage to this day.

Mike says he makes the best sausage around by “doing something the rest of the industry just doesn’t have time for anymore-”, “-hand trimming and inspecting” all of their products. “It’s just the way our chefs like to make sausage”, boasts Mike. In addition to hand inspecting all their products, all Old Style Sausage is hormone and antibiotic free with many sausages up to ~80% lean. That’s a good 20% leaner than the average store-bought brands.
